Rigged 4.5 but too much so switched to 4m. Should probably have gone to 3.5. An icy blast - choppy, gusty, overpowered, and cold! I sailed a bit better after Alan left, I had some lunch, the chop and wind eased slightly, and I got more used to the conditions - not sure which helped most! ;-)
